Councillor Dratha will give you 4 Golden Saint scrolls for doing her single quest, but only if you are a female.ДЇor the actual spell, you can get it from one of the mages in the tower of that mad Telvanni woman (Therna or something). I happened upon a quest for the Golden Saint spell but I can t for the life of me remember who to talk to. I looked through the strat guide at the store last week but didn't want to buy it. Mage's guild quests, they arent spells theyre SCROLLS one time use things, anyway all you'll ever need is one grand soul gem with a golden saint in it, you pop that in the enchanter's box, select constant enchantment, and pop in anouther crappier soulgem, (like a common soulgem with a ancestor ghost) and wham bam thank you enchanter you now have a constant enchantment item!
